President and CEO
Mr. Prange is President, CEO and founder of J.K. Diversified Construction & Development Corp. a licensed Carpentry Contracting firm. As President and CEO, Prange is responsible for estimating and negotiating construction, sub-contractor, and demolition bids. In addition to overseeing hired and sub-contracted crews, Prange provides on-site job supervision to ensure the highest quality workmanship.
In June of 1992 until August of 1994, Mr. Prange entered into a joint venture with Ossi Construction, Inc. He actively pursued new clients, estimated and negotiated bids, and managed all personnel, as well as managed projects from permitting to completion. Ossi Construction and J.K. Diversified still work together today as a strong construction team. In 1997 Mr. Prange became affiliated with Classic Development and Construction, Inc. He pursued new work for the company, though his main involvements are Prime Sub-Contractor and Project Manager.

Before forming J.K. Diversified, Mr. Prange was a journeyman electrician, and was employed by Mueller Electric, Inc., to manage and supervise the non-union division, working closely with Ron Mueller and Keith Keene. Mr. Prange also sub-contracted electrical work from various electrical contractors. He also was involved with the construction of Big Bend 4, working with Gilbert & Associates, the management team for the project for Tampa Electric, where his responsibilities were to manage and track all costs for work not included in sub-contractor's contracts.
Mr. Prange's strength with construction and management skills has provided J.K. Diversified with a team of highly skilled carpenters and craftsmen. J.K. Diversified's team assures innovation, creativity, quality and sound business decisions for its clients.
Mr. Prange is a member of the Egypt Temple Shrine, Scottish Rite, York Rite, and Temple Terrace Masonic Lodge. He is a member of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He attended Santa Fe Community College, Gainesville, Florida, and Hillsborough Community College, Tampa, Florida. He received his contractors license in 1987.
